	Contains functionality relating to the serialization, transmission and reception of data to and from Jimulator, with a minor amount of processing done either way.
file	jimulatorInterface.h [code]
	The header file associated with the jimulatorInterface.c file - specifies functions which can be accessed externally to by other files which include this header.
file	main.cpp [code]
	The entry point of the program. Should have as little logic as possible.
